KART REHYDRATING TONER

This mild and gentle toner with the effective and well-balanced composition maintains the necessary level of skin moisturizing, restores pH balance, completes the cleaning process, removing make-up and contaminations. Prepares the skin for daily routine treatment, creates perfectly clean, soft and comforted skin. Enriched with chamomile and cucumber extracts. Suitable for normal to extremely dry skin. It is recommended to use for eyes, as a compress during aesthetic treatment.  Alcohol-free.

Use: Soak cotton pad with the toner and apply on face, neck and décolleté, can be used whenever the skin needs quick touch of freshness.
