SHIPPING
For Standard and Free Delivery please allow 1 to 4 business days to process an order and additional time in transit. Standard delivery orders will be processed in order they received. If the customer accepts promotional offers for free shipping during checkout please note that Luxy Nails Shop reserves the right to cancel that offer on extremely large and heavy orders (rare). Orders placed on Friday, weekends or national holidays will be processed on Monday or the following business day. You can view your shipping rate by going to checkout and entering your billing and shipping information during the first step of checkout. You DO NOT have to place your order or enter your credit card number in order to view your shipping rate.
For Rushed Delivery, orders received by 3 PM Eastern Time Monday to Friday will be processed that same day (for in-stock products only). Orders recieved after that time will be processed the next business day. If the product is backordered the customer will be notified.
PO, APO AND FPO BOXES
All packages sent via US Postal Services. Orders will usually arrive within 14 business days (for in-stock items only).
HAWAII, ALASKA AND PUERTO RICO
There are NO Flat rates or Promotional Free Shipping for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, customers must pay shipping fees in full. There are times when our system lets customers apply promotional offers during checkout. Customers will be contacted via e-mail or by phone to collect additional shipping fees. Due to unprecedented times Worldwide Tariff may increase taxes and customs duties on international orders, we are doing efforts to give our customers accurate calcuted international shipping fees.
Some countries collect import tariff fees from USA products. We are not responsable for this fees, Our clients are responsable for import tariff of their country.
