Cancellation Policy

50% deposit is required to book. Deposit is refundable only if canceled or rescheduled at least 24h prior to appointment. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellations and/or rescheduling. Any cancellations/rescheduling with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the full cost of the scheduled services. 15 mins late = No Show.

If Luxy Nails Polices were not followed as signed previously in Forms we reserve the right to cancel appointment and keep the deposit for the appointment. Thank you for respecting ours and your time.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 7 days before the beginning of the class or you may be charged a cancellation fee (deposit) of 25% the price of your scheduled appointment. Deposit is NOT refundable. Please notify us at least 7 days in advance of any rescheduling. Any rescheduling with less than 7 days of notice are subject to loose deposit paid. In case of cancellation deposit is lost.
