Dark Scotch Base Gel

Dark Scotch Base Coat is a unique rubber base for gel polish that provides super strong adhesion and alignment of the nail plate. The Dark base can be applied using the classic technique as a first thin layer under any other gel (rubber base or hard gel). Cannot be used as a single product.
